We are a local Utah food ministry driven by the love and compassion of Jesus. We provide a place where our community can come for food and solace.


Do you need food for your family?

We are here to help working people and families with a supply of groceries up
to twice a month completely free and without obligation.

Are you interested in doing a food drive with us?

That’s great! Here is a list of food items we need.

Applesauce, peaches, Top Ramen, rice, pinto beans, Rice-a-Roni, Corn Flakes, Cheerios, etc., pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter, jelly, Saltines, tuna fish, Tuna Pasta, green beans, corn, mac and cheese, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti noodles, chicken noodle or rice soup, chili, turkey franks, corn muffin mix


Frequently asked questions

1. What do I need to bring to get food? Valid picture ID, a separate proof of address (this could be a recent letter or bill other than a driver's license)

2. Do you serve the homeless? Our focus is to provide food for the working community on fixed-incomes. We are not equipped to serve the homeless.

3. I have a large family, can I get more food? If you have a large family, just let us know and we can accomodate. Food cannot be given to more than one person from the same address.

4. Do I have to go to church to get food? No.

5. Do I have to come in person to get food? Yes.

6. Is there a limit to how many times I can get food? No, come as much as you need!

7. Can I bring my children? Yes, we have a children's area with toys and coloring books.

8. Will I be contacted by Open Hand after I get my food? No, we do not contact you unless asked.

9. What kind of food will I recieve?
